UH campus security looking for suspect in Manoa faculty housing break-in
Campus Security at the University of Hawaii of Manoa is looking for two men in their 40s who broke into a Mauka Faculty apartment Wednesday in Manoa Valley.
The burglary happened about 2:30 p.m., according to a Campus Security release.
A family member who was home at the time hid in an upstairs bathroom and called 911.
The two men fled before police arrived, possibly in a silver Dodge Magnum, hatchback style.
The first man was described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and between 160 and 180 pounds with a medium build. He had short black hair, brown eyes, and a brown complexion. He wore a brown short-sleeved T-shirt with flowers on it and beige shorts.
The second man was 5 feet 8 to 10 inches tall and also between 160 and 180 pounds with a medium build. He too had black hair, brown eyes, and a brown complexion. He wore a blue short-sleeved T-shirt and beige jeans or pants.

Honolulu police and Campus Security are investigating. Anyone with information about the burglary is urged to call police or Campus Security at 956-6911.
