Investigator at scene of suspicious Pearl City blaze
A Honolulu fire investigator is at the scene of a Pearl City fire this morning that caused $250,000 damage to an abandoned duplex that is under foreclosure, Honolulu Fire Department Capt. Robert Main said.
The fire on Luehu Street was reported at 7:59 a.m. today and firefighters were on the scene five minutes later, Main said. They had the blaze under control 10 minutes later, Main said.
The duplex is abandoned and no one was injured, Main said. The duplex had no contents, he said.
