Indicator light sends Delta flight back to Honolulu
A Delta Air Lines flight from Honolulu to Los Angeles returned safely to Honolulu this morning after a “check left engine” indicator light came on, Delta spokeswoman Gina Laughlin said.
Delta Flight 1150 landed without incident, Laughlin said. A maintenance crew inspected it and the flight was scheduled to take off again about noon.
There were about 225 passengers on board. The flight originally left at 7:55 a.m. and returned to Honolulu at 9:15 a.m.
