A 45-year-old man was arrested for allegedly threatening another man, 61, during an argument in Chinatown Tuesday morning.

Police said the incident occurred at 1:30 a.m. on Nuuanu Avenue. The suspect, of no permanent address, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug.
