Teenager arrested for allegedly hitting boy with pipe
Two teenagers, who live in the same Waianae home, got into argument Sunday night which ended when one of them struck the other with a pipe, police said.
A 15 year-old boy is being investigated for second degree assault after he allegedly hit a 14 year-old boy at about 6 p.m., police said.
