A couple, who had just ended a long-term relationship, got into an argument that led to an alleged assault in Ewa Beach and the arrest of a 36-year-old Ewa Beach man, police said.
Police said the suspect allegedly punched the 26-year-old woman through the open driver’s door of the victim’s car at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday after a verbal argument. The suspect turned himself into Pearl City police station Wednesday afternoon.
