Woman seriously injured in Haleiwa bicycling accident
A woman was seriously injured in a bicycling accident Monday afternoon on a bike path in the Ke Nui Road area of Haleiwa.
She was taken to a hospital by ambulance, an Emergency Medical Services supervisor said.
The emergency call was received at 12:24 p.m. Monday.
Ocean Safety personnel initially responded to the injured woman before EMS paramedics arrived, the EMS supervisor said.
