Off-duty officer sees boy allegedly jump on car, shatter window with child inside
A 17-year-old boy was arrested for investigation of first-degree criminal property damage on Saturday when an off-duty police officer saw the boy allegedly jump on top of a man’s car and cause the window to shatter inside, where the man’s child was sitting, police said.
The boy had been in “a large affray” with a 24-year-old man when the boy allegedly jumped on the man’s car at 2:38 p.m. Saturday, police said.
