Police reopened Kaukonahua Road in both directions from Hukilau Loop to Kakaune Way after closing it at 5:18 p.m. today due to a traffic collision involving a motorcycle.
A man, 43, was taken to the hospital in serious condition, a spokeswoman for the city Department of Emergency Services said.
Police dispatchers said they did not know when the road would reopen.
