Kanani Danielson put down 22 kills and Jane Croson 11 to lead No. 3 Hawaii to a 22-25, 25-22, 25-16, 25-18 victory over Colorado State tonight in an NCAA women’s volleyball tournament second-round match at the Stan Sheriff Center. 

Danielson notched her 20th double-double by adding 20 digs. Croson also had 20 digs and two aces.

The Rainbow Wahine (31-1) had 10 aces against the Rams (25-5), three each by Brittany Hewitt and Emily Hartong, in winning their 26th straight.

Dana Cranston had 14 kills for Colorado State. 

Hawaii advances to play the winner of Saturday’s match betwen USC and Tulsa in next Friday’s NCAA regional semifinal at the Stan Sheriff Center.
