Police seek public’s help in solving Kalihi murder
Police are asking for the public’s help in a murder investigation after a man’s body was found with stab wounds in Kalihi.
The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s office identified the man as Acme John, 42, of Honolulu. He died of stab wounds to the heart, and the manner of death was homicide, the Medical Examiner’s office said.
Police said a pedestrian found John’s body in the middle of Kahai Street near Kalihi Street at about 2:11 a.m. Wednesday.
