Man arrested after walking away from Ewa Beach mental facility
A 35-year-old man was arrested today after allegedly escaping from a mental facility in Ewa Beach.
The man walked off property without permission Thursday afternoon and came back on his own about noon Friday.
The staff called police and the man was arrested for investigation of second-degree escape.
He was released back to Kahi Mohala Behavioral Health on Fort Weaver Road.
