Police arrest man for alleged car theft and threat
Officers arrested a Kailua man, 23, who allegedly took a woman’s car without her permission and then threatened another woman with a dangerous instrument when he returned the vehicle several hours later.
The women, both 25, were not injured.
Police arrested the suspect for investigation of first-degree terroristic threatening and auto theft.
