Man charged with auto theft after being found slumped in truck
Police have charged a man found slumped in a truck that was blocking an intersection in Kalihi Monday morning.
Officers responded to the call at Kohou and Kaumualii streets about 7:30 a.m. Monday. They found a man, 30, passed out at the wheel. They arrested him after they learned the truck had been stolen.
Timothy K. Gonzales 30, of no local address, is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
