Homeless man arrested for allegedly assaulting woman
Police arrested a 27-year-old homeless man Thursday after he allegedly violated a protective order and assaulted a 24-year-old woman on Sunday.
According to police, the suspect assaulted the victim during an argument in Waimanalo. He was located Thursday at Waimanalo Beach Park and arrested for second-degree assault, resisting arrest and violation of a protective order, as well as an outstanding traffic warrant.
