Police are looking for two men in their 30s who tried to rob a Makiki man Sunday night but ended up empty-handed when their victim fled and called for help.
Police said the two suspects went to a Makiki apartment at 9 p.m. Sunday and one of the men brandished a handgun, threatening the victim. However, the 49-year-old victim escaped and called police.
