Homeless man allegedly damages 18 downtown building windows
Police arrested a 51-year-old homeless man who allegedly damaged 18 windows at a downtown building.
Police said witnesses saw the man damaging the windows at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday, causing $14,400 damage. He fled before officers arrived.
Police arrested him shortly afterward on suspicion of second-degree criminal property damage.
