Police seize gambling devices from Waipio market

Vice officers executed a search warrant at Jungle Juice Market in Waipio Acres this morning, seizing alleged gambling devices, cash and arresting a man and a woman this morning on suspicion of gambling offenses.

Police seized four machines and an undisclosed amount of cash at 95-020 Waihau St., a Honolulu Police Department spokeswoman said.

Police arrested a 52-year-old woman on three counts of second-degree promotion of gambling and three counts of possession of a gambling device.

They also arrested a 46-year-old man on suspicion of one count of second-degree promotion of gambling and one count of possession of a gambling device.
