Fire crews pump out boat sinking at Ala Wai
Fire personnel responded to a report of a sinking boat at Ala Wai Boat Harbor this afternoon.
The recently impounded sailboat was taking on water, but fire personnel pumped water from the dilapidated vessel.
The harbormaster also boarded the boat, and a nearby resident and a bystander helped to anchor it.
