» The 2012 "Holoholo Series" ornaments issued by the Friends of Hono­­lulu City Lights can be purchased for $18 at Macy’s, Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union and First Hawaiian Bank. The bank was not listed in a Page D5 article Wednesday.

»The Board of Regents voted 12-2 to approve selling University of Hawaii land near UH-West Oahu to the Roman Catholic Church, with Jan Sullivan and Cora­lie Mata­yoshi v­oting no and Ben Kudo recusing himself. A Page A1 article Thursday said the vote was 14-1, with Sullivan as the lone dissenter.

» A state judge dismissed an indictment against Kauai County Human Resources Manager Janine Rapozo, who was charged with falsifying business records, because the grand jury vote was 10-4, short of the 75 percent required for an indictment. A Page B4 article Wednesday said officials did not specify the vote tally or requirement.
