Makaha woman allows husband to move back in despite TRO, is assaulted
A Makaha woman who allowed her husband to move back in with her despite having a temporary restraining order against him was allegedly assaulted by him early Thursday, police said.
The man, 24, was located later and is being held pending charges of first-degree sex assault, first-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree burglary, abuse of a household member, and violating a court order.
Police said the woman allowed the man to move back into their Farrington Highway address despite the TRO in an attempt to repair their marriage.
About midnight Thursday, the woman said, a conversation turned heat and the man threatened her with a knife, assaulted her and then sexually assaulted her, police said.
The medical condition of the woman was not disclosed.
