Pedestrian seriously injured in Waipahu crash

A man in his 60s was taken to the hospital in critical condition early Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle in Waipahu.

Police said the patient was later upgraded to serious condition.

The accident occurred at about 2:07 a.m. at Farrington Highway and Moloalo Street in Waipahu, according to Emergency Medical Services.
