Kauai highway reopened following sewage spill

The right southbound lane of Kuhio Highway on Kauai, between Hanamaulu and Maalo Road, has been reopened following a sewage spill this morning.

A sewage spill was reported in the area at 7:20 a.m.

The stretch of highway was reopened at 12"30 p.m. after crews completed repairs to a blocked sewer line.
