Man allegedly resists arrest in Chinatown

Police arrested a 22-year-old man with no local address who allegedly physically harassed an officer and resisted arrest early Friday morning in Chinatown.
The incident happened at about 12:15 a.m. near Smith and Hotel streets while officers were trying to arrest him for another crime, police said.
The man was released on $2,000 bail on the misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and harassment.
