A 30-year-old Chinatown resident ended up in custody after he allegedly threatened another man with a knife.

Police said the suspect approached his 29-year-old victim just after 4 p.m. Monday and pulled out a knife.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree assault. He was detained at Smith and Beretania streets.
