A vacant lot adjacent to Kilohana Square has been purchased by Giampaolo Boschetti for $4.09 million.
Boschetti also owns Kilohana Square.
Seller Bishop Street Commercial announced the sale of the 19,900 squre-foot lot, at Kapahulu Ave. and Kihei Place, which has been on the market for about two years, the company said.
Boschetti plans to use the property for additional Kilohana Square parking with a later expansion for retail and office use, according to Bishop Street Commercial, in a statement.
