Man’s stolen bicycle put up for sale; alleged seller is arrested
A man whose bicycle was stolen tracked it down and found it for sale, which led to charges against the suspect Thursday.
The bike had been stolen from a Waikiki apartment building at 4 p.m. Aug. 7. The bike owner located it and called police.
Police arrested Woody Ross on second-degree theft Thursday. He was later charged on third-degree theft, and his bail was set at $2,000.
