A 21-year-old Kona man has been charged with stealing a pickup truck from Kona Airport at Keahole last weekend.

Colvin Gaspar, of Kailua-Kona, was arrested and charged with car theft and second-degree theft. His bail was set at $20,000.

The 2004 Toyota Tacoma was taken from a parking area at the airport and located Monday down an embankment off Koloko Drive.
