Motorists run off road in 3 separate traffic accidents; 1 man seriously hurt

Paramedics took a 41-year-old man to the hospital in serious condition this morning following an accident of the H-1 freeway near Aloha Stadium while two other motorists in separate accidents refused treatment.

The first traffic accident occurred at 5:02 a.m. on the H-3 freeway when a truck traveling eastbound ran off the road into a ditch, Emergency Medical Services reported. The driver, an 18-year-old man, refused treatment at the scene.

A few minutes later at 5:41 a.m., paramedics were called to the H-1 freeway eastbound exit near the Aloha Stadium where a motorist had hit a tree. The victim, a 41-year-old man, was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

At 6:22 a.m, a 60-year-old man refused treatment after hitting a tree on the Pali Highway near Waokanaka Place.
