Man arrested for allegedly failing to return to transitional housing
Police arrested a 52-year-old man Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree escape and revocation of conditional release.
The man is in a state-funded transitional housing program in Kaneohe, and failed to return by his curfew, authorities said.
The man was on conditional release.
