A 31-year-old homeless man has been charged with assaulting another man last year.
Noah Hale was charged Sunday for second-degree assault after he was spotted by his victim at Ala Moana Center.
Police said the alleged assault occurred more than a year ago on Oct. 18, 2012.
On Sunday, the 45-year-old victim saw the suspect and called police.
Hale’s bail was set at $11,000.
