Kaneohe man arrested in domestic dispute
A 23-year-old Kaneohe man faces an abuse charge after he allegedly tried to strangle a woman during an argument over a bank withdrawal.
Police said the couple began arguing just after 10 a.m. Tuesday over money taken from the couple’s bank account. The argument escalated, police said, when the suspect tried to strangle the 24-year-old woman.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of abuse.
