Man held in alleged car theft in Waipahu
Police arrested a 47-year-old man Saturday morning after he allegedly entered a parked vehicle in Waipahu and drove off.
The suspect, who does not have a local address, later abandoned the car and attempted to flee on foot but was caught by police officers.
