3 men cited in apparent cockfighting arrests
Honolulu police arrested 3 men on misdemeanor cruelty to animals charges on Hakimo Road in Waianae Saturday.
Two of the men were also cited for possession of a gaff used in cockfighting at about 11:15 a.m., police records show.
The men, ages 32, 43 and 32, were released on bail ranging from $1,000 to $2,000.
One of the men lives in Ewa Beach, another in Waianae and the third gave police a post office box address.
