Police file another charge in gaming device case
Police arrested 51-year-old Gary G. Danley Jr. Friday night at the main police station for numerous gambling and possession of gaming devices, as well as illegal ownership of a business.
Danley was one of nine people indicted Friday with 414 counts of racketeering, promoting gambling and money launderin gin connection with Products Direct Sweepstakes gaming machines.
Danley was arrested Friday night and charged with one count of felony promotion of gambling, five counts of misdemeanor promotion of gambling and one count of illegal ownership of a business.
He was released on $50,000 bail.
