During their vacation last month in Japan, Wilma and Norman Uyeno of Honolulu found a sign advertising the Puka Dog, a Hawaiian hot dog, at a restaurant on the 58th floor of the newly opened Abeno Harukas building in Osaka. The building has 62 floors rising to 984 feet, making it the tallest skyscraper in Japan.
