Papakolea man charged with sexually assaulting girl, 13
Prosecutors charged a 35-year-old Papakolea man Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl two years ago in Waianae.
Police arrested Oliver Malo Monday at his home. He was charged on one count of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of attempted first-degree sexual assault and three counts of third-degree sexual assault. His bail was set at $100,000.
