LOS ANGELES >> Los Angeles police are investigating an apparent burglary attempt at the home of V. Stiviano, the woman who recorded Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling making racist comments.

Officer Drake Madison says officers received a non-emergency call at about 2:50 p.m. Monday and went to the 8400-block of Fourth Street.

Madison says officers found broken glass in the entryway of the home but there was no evidence anyone had gotten inside through a door or window.

It’s being investigated as an attempted burglary.

Madison says he doesn’t know whether Stiviano was home at the time.
