A string of traffic incidents along Likelike Highway have slowed Kaneohe-bound traffic to a crawl.
According to the Honolulu Police Department’s traffic log, five traffic collisions occurred in the area of the Wilson Tunnel between 3:51 and 4:56 p.m.
One of the incidents involved an overturned vehicle.
