Teenager arrested for alleged burglary of landlady’s home
Kauai police detained a 15-year-old teenager after he allegedly burglarized the home of his landlady in Hanamaulu.
A 75-year-old woman called police when she saw the suspect rummaging through items in one the bedrooms of her home.
Police said the suspect allegedly entered the home through a window at about 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said the woman recognized the teenager as a resident who lives with his family in her rental studio adjacent to her home.
