Punahou edges Kahuku on late field goal
Jet Toner kicked a 48-yard field goal with 30 seconds left to play, rallying No. 1-ranked Punahou over No. 3 Kahuku, 13-10, in a state high school semifinal game at Aloha Stadium.
Kahuku led 10-7 before Punahou kicked two field goals in the fourth period.
Punahou will play Mililani in a repeat of last season’s state final won by Punahou.
