Wastewater spill near Coast Guard piers prompts warning
The discharge of 300 gallons of wastewater has prompted an advisory for the public to stay out of Honolulu Harbor fronting the Coast Guard piers.
The Coast Guard said the discharge was caused by a broken valve.
Warning signs have been posted.
