Woman walking on freeway onramp is struck by vehicle
An 18-year-old woman walking on the Punchbowl Street onramp to westbound H-1 freeway was seriously injured Monday night by a motor vehicle, according to Emergency Medical Services.
Paramedics treated the woman about 7:10 p.m. and took her to a trauma center in serious condition, EMS said.
