1 of 2 suspects charged in robbery of Kalihi woman
Police charged one of two men suspected of robbing a 50-year-old woman in Kalihi on Friday.
According to police, Stanley Tugaoen, 31, of Kalihi, and another unidentified man took the woman’s property and brandished a dangerous weapon when the woman struggled with them.
Both men fled but Tugaoen was later located near Kama Lane and arrested.
Tugaoen was charged Saturday with first-degree robbery. His bail was set at $30,000.
