Hawaii was held to four hits in an 8-1 loss to Arizona in the season finale on Sunday at Hi Corbett Field in Tucson, Ariz.

Jacob Sheldon-Collins singled twice and Matt LoCoco doubled and scored the only run for the Rainbow Warriors, who lost their sixth in a row to finish the season 21-32.

Matt Miller singled as a pinch hitter in the ninth inning for the fourth hit.

Hawaii, which finished fifth in the Big West with a 12-12 mark, is 58-98 overall since joining the conference prior to the 2013 season. UH went 9-20 out of conference. 

Jarrett Arakawa (3-5) made the 50th start of his career, becoming the eighth UH pitcher ever to reach that mark. He allowed five runs on seven hits in 4 2/3 innings to take the loss.

Arizona finishes its year 31-24.

Hawaii was held to two runs or less in 22 of 53 games this season.

Outfielder Kaeo Aliviado was the only UH player to start every game of the season. First baseman Eric Ramirez had started the first 52 games but did not play Sunday. 

Sheldon-Collins finished the year with a .295 average to lead the team. Ramirez was next at .270.
