Brush fire closes Kokee Road on Kauai
Kauai police closed Kokee Road from Waimea Canyon Drive to Kekaha Road on Friday evening due to a large brush fire.
The road was closed starting about 7:40 p.m.
According to a news release from the county, several fire companies, police and personnel from the Division of Forestry and Wildlife responded to the fire.
