Woman dies after crash at Straub Medical Center
An 83-year-old Kaimuki woman driving to Straub Medical Center, died after hitting a bicyclist and a wall at the hospital on King Street with her vehicle.
Police said the motorist turned from King Street into Straub at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday when she hit a 29-year-man riding a bicycle in the Koko Head direction.
The bicyclist suffered minor injuries.
The woman was hospitalized in critical condition and died.
The cause of death is pending the outcome of an autopsy.
