A man believed to be in his 60s who fell backwards into Nuuanu Stream on Friday is in critical condition.
Emergency Medical personnel said the man was found floating by police and fire department personnel, and treated by paramedics before being transported to a hospital.
The incident occurred at about 11:30 a.m.
No further information was available.
