    Police closed eastbound lanes of Kalanianaole Highway at Kalanianaole Highway and Ainakoa Avenue due to a traffic accident.

Honolulu police reopened the eastbound lanes of Kalanianaole Highway at Ainakoa Avenue in Kahala that had been closed due to a traffic accident.

The lanes were closed for about an hour after the crash about 8 p.m., backing up eastbound traffic.
