Passenger who died on flight to Hilo was Oregon man
Hawaii County Police identified the 42-year-old man who died on a United Airlines flight headed to Hilo last week as Mark Hughes, of Eagle Point, Ore.
Cause of death is pending the completion of an autopsy.
Hughes was on UAL 1004 which took off from Los Angeles, Calif. and landed on the Big Island at about 7:40 p.m. Aug. 5.
